An Outdoor Dreams' patio project typically includes a multi-room space with landscaping, irrigation, outdoor lighting, all necessary site work (demo, excavation, trenching, grading, soil removal, and drainage), and additional features, including grill islands, outdoor kitchens, fire features, pergolas, pavilions, retaining and seat walls, water features, and utilities (gas, electrical, water).
Our patios typically start between $35,000 and $75,000. Larger patios with multiple features typically range between $100,000 and $200,000.

Our experience with Outdoor Dreams has been amazing from start to finish. We are fortunate to have chosen Greg and his team to complete our outdoor dream which includes a kitchen area, dining area, and fireplace, including landscaping and lighting. He is a builder, artist and designer all in one. His crew worked hard including thru the rain with tents to build our dream. They showed up everyday, on time, and kept the place in order. They had a can do work attitude, were extremely meticulous in measuring over and over to get it right, cutting, placing, and redoing it if needed. They were very kind, friendly and earned a new friend in our dog Hunter, who oversaw their work as the family foreman. I will recommend to anyone Outdoor Dreams. I would add more stars to my rating but 5 is the top. We will be using our outdoor dream for years to come.

This wonderful Glen Allen homeowner came to Outdoor Dreams looking for an area to entertain family and friends. Their outdoor living space includes a wood-burning fire pit, pergola-covered dining area, masonry stairs, bench-style sitting walls, hot tub, television, and an expansive outdoor kitchen. The hardscape structures are complemented by the expansive landscape and outdoor lighting. Whether entertaining a group or casual evening watching sports on the television, the homeowners use this space almost every day. This project was featured in R-Home Magazine!

An Elegant Evening in Glen Allen
This wonderful outdoor living space is the perfect fit for the clients and their Glen Allen home. This project features a custom set of stairs, grill island, dining area, and a gas fire pit with sitting wall and lounge space. The patio, composed of Techo-Bloc products, features a base of Mista pavers with a Villagio border and Antika inlay. Landscaping and lighting complement the hardscape while stepping stone walkways connect the space to the basement and garage.

Bluestone Makeover in Glen Allen
With their kids grown and out of the house, this hardworking couple was looking to transform their blank backyard into something special. The final space is a stunning extension of the house and features a mortared-bluestone patio, grill island, gas fire pit, sitting walls and outdoor lighting. The project also includes comprehensive landscaping of the front and backyard.

A Golden Evening in Glen Allen
This wonderful Glen Allen couple came to Outdoor Dreams looking for a 2-room space with a shade structure, flowing curves, and a Mediterranean style. To create a shady lounge area, we designed a pergola with an increased number of rafters and top runners to ensure a greater shadow and increased shade. The patio is composed of tumbled pavers (Brussels from Unilock) to create an "Old-World" feel. To complement and soften the space, we created a Mediterranean-inspired plant combination that also provides ample cut flowers for arrangements (as seen throughout the photos). Additionally, as you would find in many Mediterranean outdoor spaces, the landscape includes a bubbling fountain that provides the soothing sound of rippling water.

This wonderful Glen Allen backyard features a paver patio, wood-burning fire pit, pergola, and unique walkway with a fountain. The landscape is a beautiful mix of traditional favorites, like Boxwood and Hydrangeas, with texture choices like Torch Lilies, Ornamental Grasses, and Japanese Maples.
