An Elegant Spring Evening in Glen Allen

Project Synopsis

This wonderful outdoor living space is the perfect fit for the clients and their home. This project features a custom set of stairs, grill island, dining area, and a gas fire pit with sitting wall and lounge space. The patio, composed of Techo-Bloc products, features a base of Mista pavers with a Villagio border and Antika inlay. The color blend is a unique mix of Chestnut Brown, Sandlewood, and Champlain Grey. Other Techo-Bloc features include the sitting wall and stairs, both composed of Architectural blocks and caps, and the fire pit, composed of a Valencia kit. To add contrast, the Grill Island and Pillars feature Mountain Ledge veneer (Charleston color) from Eldorado Stone. Landscaping and lighting complement the hardscape while stepping stone walkways connect the space to the basement and garage.
