Design & Sales
A Design and Sales team consists of a Project Developer, Designer/Architect, Estimator, and Production Manager. The team is tasked with guiding clients through the design process and producing construction details for our build crews.
The design and sales team is given the option to work from home or in our shared office space. All team members are given autonomy to complete their work in the environment that best suits their needs.
Construction
Our field team includes a construction manager, project leads, and various skilled craftsmen. Team members adhere to the highest standard of construction practices and specialize in pool installation, hardscaping, masonry, carpentry, landscaping, and outdoor lighting.
Our crews follow a 4-day work week and meet at their job sites daily, allowing for flexibility and a proper work/life balance. Overtime is regularly available but is not mandatory.

Industry Leading Compensation: In order to attract and retain the best team members, we understand that we must offer the most attractive compensation packages. In the field, compensation ranges from $18 - $40 an hour depending on experience.
