How it works
To apply for your loan, start by following this link to the Outdoor Dreams partner page. The application takes about 1 minute to fill out and HFS performs a soft credit check so there is no impact on your credit score to discover your loan options.
Once conditionally approved, you will be presented with loan terms instantly or within 24 hours by your dedicated HFS Personal Loan Consultant.
HFS offers project funding up to $500,000.
Loans can be provided for up to 120% of your project's estimate or contracted amount to help cover unforeseen change orders or last-minute upgrades.
After selecting a plan, you will securely upload a few basic documents for loan verification.
Once fully approved, the full loan amount is deposited directly to your checking account, typically within 48 hours. This allows you to fund your Outdoor Dreams project following a traditional progress payment process.
When should you apply?
In order to complete the application process, you need a formal estimate or contract price from Outdoor Dreams.
If you are adding a feature to an existing space (fireplace, kitchen, etc.) you can apply as soon as you receive an estimate from Outdoor Dreams.
If you have entered the design/build process, the first opportunity to apply is after you have received your Round 1 drawings and estimates. Applying at this early stage provides you with a better understanding of your financing options, allowing you to move through the process confidently.
Though many Outdoor Dreams clients apply as soon as pricing is presented, others wait until design plans and pricing are finalized. If you choose this path, we recommend applying no later than 1 week prior to any payments being due.
